Karen joined Morphosis at an exciting time for the fund to lead investor strategy and support with fundraise efforts. Karen brings a decade of experience in relationship management and communication across the public and private sector. Within the finance sector, Karen worked with sovereign donors for an education impact fund, with HNW and family offices in real estate investments, and within LPs and GPs across Europe to deliver market intelligence and connect them to likeminded peers.

Prior to financial services, Karen worked in international development in Washington DC, where she was involved with projects in Africa and Southeast Asia. She holds a dual degree in Global Studies and History from the University of California, Santa Barbara in the USA.
