We like to partner with founding teams who are experienced in their world-view, are level-headed in uncertain and ambiguous situations, have the maturity to handle tough situations with poise, and are building their businesses with frugal innovation for the long-term.
Our preference is to connect with founders and companies that have demonstrated customer adoption (either as paying customers or through pilots) and have a product / solution ready to be shipped or already in the market.
However, we are open to speaking with founders at earlier stages (preferably at product build stage) to understand their business vision, share our perspective, and make any relevant investor / customer / partnership introductions we see fit.
Our first check for companies at the Pre-Series and Series A stages ranges from USD 1-3m. We occasionally and opportunistically invest at the Seed stage in companies and founding teams where we have a high degree of conviction with a smaller USD 500k check.

Across each of these opportunities, we look for founders and companies building with a vision to take their products & solutions global and are developing demonstrable IP or other defensible moats against existing incumbents. We also have a keen interest in emerging technologies such as industrial automation, AR/VR solutions, space & satellite tech and web 3.0.
We typically invest in early stage companies that are revenue generating or have proven pilots with marquee customers that validate the product and/or solution and its specific use case. Our sweet spot is to partner with founding teams at the Pre-Series and Series A stages and support them in accelerating their product evolution and geographic footprint.
