In addition, more than 60 Unicorns in the US have Indian / Indian-origin founders. We see tremendous potential from Indian startups operating on the US-India axis and continue to be strong believers and supporters in founders building for these markets.
Our Partners have a successful history of early-stage technology investments (>90% IRR, 5x MOIC) and delivering billions in portfolio value created to investors over the past 20+ years. Together with our Board, Advisors and Mentors, the Morphosis team brings experience across investments, value-creation, technology building and unicorn scaling.
Our strategy is to build a portfolio of 20-30 investments and provide founders with tools, capabilities and networks to accelerate their growth, reduce mistakes at the early stage and ultimately create larger value to all stakeholders through our 3/6 Acceleration Model © .
Our focus on Pre-Series and Series A investments enable us to identify and support investment opportunities that have a viable product and are ready for growth. This approach reduces the product risk and allows us to shape the upside by capturing market share.
B2B businesses have proven scale effects, better unit economics, and have historically attracted only 33% of all VC funding. We are believers in the B2B and Enterprise model and actively support founders solving for use cases with global applicability and potential.
We work closely with our portfolio teams to create market access and enable their expansion into new geographies, true to our core thesis of "Built in India for the World". We expect 30-50% of exit value from international markets.
We invest in tech-first and tech-enabled business opportunities in the B2B and Enterprise Technology segments across three themes - Built in India for the World, ESG-positive businesses and Emerging Technologies.
